2. Software Nature & Requirements
Our software products are stand-alone executables that run directly on your device with Excel installed.
No installation is required to use our products.
An internet connection is required for license activation, regular updates, and periodic license checks.
You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum system requirements.
3. Licensing & Subscription
All licenses are subscription-based and valid for the duration you purchase (e.g. 1 year).
Your license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software.
Licenses are activated online.
Subscriptions do NOT auto-renew. You must renew manually to continue using the software.
If your subscription expires, the software will stop working until a new license is purchased.
4. Responsibility & Data Handling
XAnalytics provides tools for Audit-Ready results. By utilizing sealed, independent projects files, users can maintain a clear, unpolluted history of their work for regulatory or internal compliance purposes.
It is the user`s responsibility to handle secured projects files appropriately and ensure compliance with any relevant internal or external policies.
5. Online Activation
- Activation requires an internet connection and a valid license key.
- Each license may have device limitations (e.g., single device) depending on the plan you select.
- You may be required to reactivate your license after major system or hardware changes.
6. Account Requirements
- An account is not strictly required to download or purchase licenses. However, we strongly recommend creating one to centralize and easily manage all activities including licenses purchase updating, managing billing details and viwing orders & downloads history.
- Accounts are for personal use only and must not be shared.
- Users cannot upload files or personal data into their account; the account is strictly for license management.
7. Software Updates
We may release updates, fixes, or improvements.
Some updates may require active subscription to access.
We may discontinue features or release new versions at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
- All software, algorithms, designs, and source code are owned by NXAnalytics.
- You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute our software.
- You may not resell or rent your license.
9. Refund Policy
- Due to the digital and licensing nature of our software, all sales are final.
- If you experience an activation issue, contact us and we will assist you.
