We develop analytics tools such as NXRegress.
User Accounts
When you create an account on our website to purchase or access products, we store:
- Your name
- Email address
- Billing information (handled by the payment processor)
- Order history
- Account preferences
You may view, edit, or delete your personal information at any time from the “My Account” page.
Administrators can also access this data to provide support.
We do not store your credit card number or payment details — these are securely processed by our third-party payment provider.
NXAnalytics Products and Data
Our software products, including NXRegress, run locally on your device.
- They do not transmit, upload, or collect any personal data
- They do not send us your Excel files, datasets, or computations
- All analysis is performed offline
- We never receive or store any analytical results or user datasets
Your interaction with our software is fully private and isolated from our servers.
Comments
If visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized hash of your email may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you use it.
Media
If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location (EXIF GPS) data. Visitors may extract this data if images are public.
Cookies
We use cookies to provide basic website functionality:
- If you leave a comment, you may opt to save your name and email in cookies
- Login cookies last 2 days (or 2 weeks with “Remember Me”)
- Display preference cookies last 1 year

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
How long we retain your data
Comments and their metadata: indefinitely
Account information: retained as long as the account exists
Order information: retained for legal and tax purposes
What rights you have
You may request:
- An exported file of your personal data
- Correction of any data
- Deletion of your account
This excludes data we must keep for legal, administrative, or security reasons.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
