1. What is NXAnalytics?

NXAnalytics builds powerful, lightweight data-analysis tools that make professional statistical analysis easy for everyone. Our products focus on clarity, speed, interactivity, and data integrity.

2. What is NXRegress?

NXRegress is our regression-analysis engine designed to enhance your Excel workflow. It transforms Excel into a fast, interactive, secure analytics environment without requiring any coding.

3. How does NXAnalytics ensure data integrity?

Our tools feature immutable analysis, allowing you to control editability directly from your source Excel cells. When you paste locked raw data, it becomes unselectable and temper-proof within our tools.

4. Can I manage multiple project separately in NXRegress?

Yes. Through project encapsulation, you can generate independent, secure project files for every study. This prevents data leakage and cross-contamination between different workstreams.

5. Do I need Microsoft Excel to use NXRegress?

Yes.
NXRegress requires the desktop version of Microsoft Excel.

Supported versions:

  • Excel 2013 or later (verify functionality with the trial version first)
  • Excel 2016, 2019, and Microsoft 365 (recommended)

Excel Online is not supported.

6. Do I need to install anything else?

No.
NXRegress runs directly once downloaded — as long as Excel is installed.

7. What are the minimum system requirements?

  • Operating System
    • Windows 7 and Windows 8 (supported but not recommended for heavy datasets)
    • Windows 10, or Windows 11 (recommended for speed and stability)
  • Excel
    • Excel 2013 or later (Excel 2016+, and Microsoft 365 recommended)
  • Hardware
    • 4 GB RAM (8 GB RAM+ recommended)
    • Dual-core processor (Quad-core CPU recommended for smooth sliders and large data calculations)
    • An internet connection is required only for activation and future updates

8. How does the licensing work?

All licenses are time-based (e.g. yearly). When your subscription expires, NXRegress will deactivate until renewed.

We offer three subscription-based license types:

✔ Single-User License

One user → one license key valid for one device.

The license is locked to the first computer where it is activated.

Best for individual users who work on one main computer.

✔ Team License (5-Users Pack)

5-users → one license key valid for five devices.

A Team License allows use on multiple computers at the same time (up to 5 PCs).

Best for teams, companies, or users with multiple devices.

✔ Enterprise License (Custom Pack)

Custom-users → keys valid for deignated enterprise devices.

An Enterprise License allows use on specific enterprise computers at the same time, with no external access.

Best for organizations, companies, or regulated environments that require strict data control, auditability and enhanced security.

Note: Each license type operates as a completely separate environment – secured files created within one license type cannot be opened in another. Enterprise licenses are customized for specific organizations, so files created under an Enterprise License remain exclusive to that organization.

9. Is the subscription automatically renewed?

No.
We never auto-renew or auto-charge. You choose when to renew your subscription.

10. How do I receive my license key?

Your license key is: ✔ Automatically emailed to you immediately after payment with your invoice. It will be sent directly to the email address you used when purchasing.

If you do not see it in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam or junk folders, as the email may occasionally be filtered there.

11. How do I activate my license?

  1. Download NXRegress
  2. Open the software
  3. Enter your license key in the pop-up window in activation code field
  4. Ensure you’re connected to the internet
  5. Activation completes instantly

12. Can I transfer my license to another computer?

Single-User License: A Single License is intended for one computer only.

You cannot freely transfer the license to another computer.

If you replace your computer, reinstall Windows, or your device becomes unusable, please contact our support team and we will reset your license so you can activate it again.

Team License: five devices

You may transfer a seat from one computer to another by deactivating it on the old computer and activating it on the new one.

The total number of active computers will never exceed the number of seats purchased.

If a computer is no longer accessible, our support team can help reset that seat.

12. Do users need an account?

No. An account is not strictly required to download files, purchase licenses, or manage subscriptions.

However, we strongly recommend creating one to centralize and easily manage all activities including:

  • Updating your purchase licenses
  • Managing your billing details
  • Managing subscriptions details
  • Viewing orders & downloads history

Security Note: We do not store customer data beyond what is required for licensing, and users can not upload files.

13. Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are digital and activate immediately, all sales are final.
However, if you experience any activation or technical issues, we will assist you quickly.

14. Will you release more tools?

Yes.
NXRegress is the first in a suite of specialized analytics tools we are developing.
